Club Members Benefits

We will send the magnetic loyalty club membership card to your home, with a gift card for 38 NIS, within 45 days of joining

You will receivie a birthday gift every year.

For each purchase, you will receive bonus points equal to 10% of the purchase price. Each bonus point is worth one (1) NIS.

Every week, we offer two items - to loyalty club members only - at a 20% discount, at the store branches or this website.

The end-of-season sale, that takes place twice a year, is for loyalty club members only.

We record your purchases from the moment you join the loyalty club.

Club Bonus Points

For each purchase you make with your loyalty club membership card, you will receive bonus points equal to 10% of the purchase price. Each bonus point is worth one (1) NIS. For example, if you buy a 100 NIS item, you will receive 10 bonus points.

To receive an item in return for points, you need to present the card owner's ID.

You can exchange you bonus points in return for items, by presenting the card owner's ID. However, your bonus points must cover the full price of the desired items. You cannot add money or coupons to the points, to reach the items' price. For example, if you have 98 points, you are entitled to products worth up to 98 NIS.

When returning a product bought for points, you will receive store credit, but you will not receive points in return.

Customer accounts that are not used for two years will be frozen, and the points will be unavailable until the customers update their details at one of the store branches or on the website.

Recommended Laundry Instructions

We make our products using the most advanced technology and the finest fabrics. We want your clothes to look their best, and stay that way over time. We would like you to be familiar with our products' handling instructions, as they appear on the products' labels.

• We recommend turning the product inside out before washing.
• We recommend machine-washing dark colors separately from light ones.
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions when using washing powder or liquid. Do not use more than the recommended quantity.
• When laundering by hand, mix and dissolve a small quantity of washing powder or liquid in water before adding the items.
• Dry the items iside out and in the shade. This will preserve the color.
• Deodorant – please use transparent deodorants that do not stain.
